Membership Regulations
As of December 1, 2018
Article 1 (Scope of use of this agreement)
This agreement applies to individuals who have become members of the Japan Street Soccer Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association").
Article 2 (enrollment)
Those who intend to join as a member agree with the purpose and purpose of the association, agree to understand and comply with this agreement, and apply for membership to the association by the method specified by the association. And.
If the Association approves the application set forth in the preceding paragraph, the applicant shall become a member.
Article 3 (annual membership fee)
Members shall pay the annual membership fee to the Association by transferring it to the bank account separately designated by the Association. The transfer fee will be borne by the member.
The annual membership fee set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be determined on the association's website (https://www.streetfootball.jp/).
If the annual membership fee set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article is paid, the member shall be eligible for membership for one year of the relevant year (April 1st to March 31st of the following year).
The Association may revoke the membership of the member if the member does not pay the annual membership fee set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article by the payment deadline of the annual membership fee separately notified by the Association.
Article 4 (Membership benefits)
Members shall be able to enjoy the benefits of each of the following items. The specific contents of each of the following items will be determined on the association's website (https://www.streetfootball.jp/).
(1) Information distribution from our association
(2) Preferential right to participate in events hosted by the Association
(3) Participation in events hosted by the Association at a special member price
(4) Purchase of goods sold by the Association at a special member price
(5) Other matters specified by the Association
Article 5 (Loss of membership)
The Association may revoke the qualification of a member if the member falls under any of the following items.
(1) When you withdraw from the membership
(2) When becoming an adult guardian or guardian
(3) When you die or are declared missing
(4) When you are expelled
(5) With the consent of all employees
(6) When it is found that it is a gangster, a gangster, a gangster-related company / organization or its related person, or other antisocial forces.
Article 6 (withdrawal)
Members can withdraw at any time.
Article 7 (expulsion)
If a member falls under any of the following items, the member may be removed by a resolution of the board of directors of the Association.
(1) When you violate this agreement.
(2) When an act that damages the honor of the Association or damages the Association (including the case where there is a risk of performing such an act)
(3) When you violate your obligations as a member.
(4) Other cases where the Association deems it inappropriate
Article 8 (Rights and obligations associated with loss of membership)
The Association will not refund membership fees or other contributions already paid by the member even if the member loses his / her qualification.
Article 9 (Revision and abolition of this agreement)
Amendments and abolitions of this agreement shall be made by a resolution of the board of directors.
Article 10 (dispute)
In the event of a dispute between the Association and its members, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
Article 11 (Supplement)
Necessary matters concerning the implementation of this agreement shall be determined separately by the president.
Supplementary provisions
This agreement will be effective from December 1, 2018.
